Our Services
Recruiting Agency
We are dedicated to identifying and supporting talented international student-athletes by guiding them toward life-changing academic and athletic opportunities abroad. We scout swimmers from around the world, carefully evaluating their potential both in the pool and in the classroom. Through personalized guidance and a deep understanding of university systems, we help each athlete navigate the complex recruitment process, from eligibility and applications to coach communication and scholarship negotiation.
A long-term support and follow-up program for young swimmers, helping them navigate the early stages of their athletic careers with clarity and confidence. We provide structured guidance and personalized plans, ensuring each athlete develops steadily and builds their future opportunities without rushing. By tracking progress over time and maintaining close communication, Swim Lab fosters a strong connection between families and Wave Wise, creating a partnership that supports athletes both in and out of the pool.

Our mission goes beyond teaching swimming: we aim to build sustainable programs, swim schools, and local infrastructures that provide lasting impact. By partnering with NGOs, local swim schools, and communities, we implement drowning prevention initiatives tailored to regions where rivers, floods, and limited safety infrastructure put lives at risk.
